About us
We are Izabela and Arkadiusz (Mirek) Wasiak, living in northern Poland, in the nearby towns of Reda and Rumia.
We are the founders of ARTAX’S ANGELS Schnauzers — a small, family-run kennel built from our genuine love for the Schnauzer breed. Although we have shared our lives with many wonderful dogs over the years, it was the Schnauzer that truly captured our hearts. Its intelligence, versatility, and loyal character make it, in our opinion, one of the finest companion breeds.
Our journey began in 2003 with a seven-week-old puppy named ARTAX, who changed our lives forever. His short life left a lasting mark on us and became the inspiration behind our kennel. Everything we do today is rooted in that experience and our deep respect for the breed.
Our Breeding Philosophy
Temperament – Health – Breed Type
ARTAX’S ANGELS is a small show and hobby Schnauzer kennel focused on quality, not quantity. We breed in accordance with Polish Kennel Club and FCI standards, always prioritizing the welfare of the dog.
Our goal is to produce Schnauzers that are:
- healthy and long-lived
- mentally balanced and well-socialized
- true to breed type in structure and character
We carefully select our breeding dogs based on health, temperament, and pedigree, working with trusted bloodlines from across Europe.
Raising Our Puppies
All our dogs live with us at home as family members — never in kennels. We raise a limited number of litters each year (1–2), allowing us to give full attention to every puppy.
Puppies are born and raised in a home environment, with daily contact with people and other dogs. From an early age, they are gradually introduced to new sounds, surroundings, and experiences, supporting their development into confident, stable dogs.
They also spend time outdoors in our garden, where they can explore, play, and develop naturally.
Our Work and Experience
We began breeding in 2005 and have since bred multiple Champions and International Champions. While we value success in the show ring, we are equally proud of our dogs living as beloved family companions, therapy dogs, and working partners.
Over the years, we have gained experience through cooperation with breeders across Europe, for which we are very grateful.
Our Commitment
All our puppies come with pedigrees registered with the Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI). We are members of the Polish Kennel Club, and our pedigrees are recognized internationally (FCI, AKC, CKC).
We place our puppies only in responsible, loving homes where they will live as true family members. We carefully match each puppy with the right owner and remain available for guidance and support throughout the dog’s life.
As breeding is our passion rather than a business, puppies may not always be available immediately, and waiting for the right match is often necessary.

We will always remain a small, dedicated kennel focused on producing high-quality Schnauzers with excellent temperament, health, and correct structure.
Above all, our dogs are our family. We share our daily lives with them, and it is important to us that the people who welcome our puppies share the same respect, care, and commitment.
